Our online shop is operated only on our website.  The order can only be placed online. We do not have a physical store open for footfall public.

Any item run out from our stock we will replace it with a similar product if available from a different company. We will inform you beforehand.

A refund may take five working days to process

Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays we cannot provide service outside Dublin

All customers can view the details and status of their orders online to see if their order has been confirmed, is in the progress of being prepared or dispatched.


This information is available by logging into 'My Account'.

Delivery will be only made to the address provided at the time when you place your order. 

Delivery outside Dublin is provided by our Courier partner. Please note no Fish , frozen products can be delivered. However, we can still deliver locally in Dublin.

Note: If the customer fails to collect the delivery at the address  a fee of 5.5 euro is applies

Delivery (Republic of Ireland)

Normally, our delivery charges are provided at the checkout however prices may change as per the area and the service provider. This will be confirmed and will be informed to the customer.

The maximum weight for each order would be 30kg.
